This detached and comfortable holiday home for 4 people is located in a unique beachfront location in Cala Llenya, in the eastern part of Ibiza. The sea is only about 100 meters away, with the sandy beach right at your doorstep. The Mediterranean property is completely fenced and has a total area of 1000 m². It is adorned with palm trees and many native plants such as bougainvillea and oleander. Additionally, there is a small barbecue area at the house, making it perfect for a family or friends' barbecue evening on the terrace.
The holiday home has a living area of 175 m², spread over 2 levels. The living area of the holiday home is bright and equipped with comfortable furnishings. The decor and furniture have a typical Mediterranean and cozy style. Among the modern amenities are the air conditioning units that provide pleasant room temperatures and a peaceful night's sleep in the bedrooms during the warm summer months. You enter the holiday home on the upper floor, where you'll find 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with air conditioning, a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with satellite TV, and a dining room. On the lower floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with air conditioning, a small lounge, the garage (for the owners only), and the utility room.
Not only is the immediate beachfront location a great advantage, but the short distances to the nearest restaurants and grocery stores are also very convenient. The nearest small shops are only about 500 meters away, and within a 1 km radius, you'll find several typical Ibiza restaurants, all easily reachable on foot.

Music and outdoor noises must be kept low after 9:00 PM. Between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, there should be no external disturbances from music or voices.
Upon check-out, the tenant is obligated to leave the rental property by 10:00 AM in a swept, garbage-free, washed, and orderly condition, including terraces, living areas, pool area, barbecue, etc. Furniture should be returned to its original position.
In consideration of subsequent tenants, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the rental property.
Due to the general risk of fire, public fires are legally prohibited in the summer.
The tenant is responsible for daily disposal of generated trash.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.

Please transfer / wire in time as we process other bookings in parallel and you may lose your reservation after the given date (maximum binding reservation period)! We accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal & Credit Cards with an additional 4% fee. If you are transferring the money from abroad, please note that you have to pay the bank transfer fee additionally.
